|Recommended: YesTop service — The approval process for our move was the easiest we've ever had compared to Florida. The apartment is tidy, and the service is prompt. It's a great place to live because of the friendly and professional staff. Our neighbor Hunter, who lives on the second floor of building 5, is friendly and welcomes us. He has a lot of good things to say about the office workers.

|Recommended: YesKinks — I’m sure as people start moving in there won’t be as many issues as I’ve had trying to get a garage carport. 3rd time was the charm. Would have been nice for the leasing agent to actually come down to the building with me instead of saying, well if it doesn’t work this time, 3rd time , just email me.
Maybe in the future they can actually go with the resident to their new apartment to show them around and make sure the garage and car port they were assigned are the correct ones.
Signed lease without coming in. Picked up keys without a tour.
Smallest 1,250sqft apartment I’ve ever seen.
Fingers crossed we are thought of as residents of the community the lack of customer support is just them learning.
No balcony’s or patio's. You can’t tell that from the website. Didn’t even realize until I got my keys and started moving in.
Plus side, you’re getting a brand new apartment appliances. Note You are not allowed to bring your own.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple issues when trying to secure a garage or carport, and we agree that this process should have been smoother.

Being a brand-new community, we’re still working through a few growing pains, but we’re listening and learning—feedback like yours is essential to helping us get better.
