At Mill Creek Residential, we believe pets are part of the family. We allow up to 2 pets per home. Our weight limit for each pet is 120lbs, and our breed restrictions are Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terrier), Bull Terrier, Akita, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chow Chows, or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the breeds listed.
Our community offers gated access. Each resident receives a code or fob to enter the gate.
Beckett West Fork offers 1 parking spot per lease holder. Carports are available at $25 per month, and Garages are available ranging from $135 - $200 per month
We do offer guest spots available on a first come first serve basis.
We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 1 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.
We have package lockers available to residents 24/7. You will receive an email and text message when a package is delivered to the lockers. Residents can also receive deliveries from certain carriers via the entry callbox system.
We provide valet trash at Beckett West Fork.

At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com.
Utilities are not included in the rent payment at Beckett West Fork.

At Beckett West Fork there are one-time fees that include a $65 application fee, a $150 administration fee, and a $300 deposit with approved credit. There are also monthly fees including $5 pest control fee and a $25 valet trash fee..
We do not accept Section 8 vouchers at this time.
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
Please note that listing your rental home on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO is not permitted as per the rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community.

Even if you don't have a household pet, this step is required and helps us create a welcoming community for every resident.
